If you can get to the site's home page but cannot log in, a number of things can be wrong: Password is incorrect, CAPS lock is on, Cookies aren't remembered which causes you to return again and again to the login page, profile was removed.
Problems with the password?
If you forget your password, a new password can be created using the Login screen. There is a button there: 'Forgot password?' The server will then send an automatically generated message to the user's e-mail address. This message contains a 'change ticket.' By using this ticket you can create a new password and again log in.
I receive the error message "Unknown Server Error"?
This error message usually is caused by the Internet connection being slow. This might be caused by a technical malfunction at your Internet Service Provider. But it can also be caused by overburdening the Internet connection by simultaneously using a WebCam and downloading large files.
I receive an error message about "Login Credentials"
In general there are a few useful things you can try yourself when you run into problems.
- Remove all cookies and temporary Internet files.
- Insure that Swingers Funclub is recognized as a trusted site. This can be set in the browser.
- Check that no popup-blocker or anti-advertising software is being used, or switch it off for Swingers Funclub.
- Regularly check whether spy ware or other software was installed (by accident) that adjusts the security settings of the browser itself.
Problems with the site caused by an instable network
A continuous (fast) connection is necessary to make and keep contact with the chat server. Instable (internal) networks, Internet connections or WiFi connections can cause problems using the Web site.
